Question 1

Where does sectoral intervention in terms of the workforce and employment come from?

Answer: It is inspired by various government mobilisation and partnership initiatives that were organised in Québec in the past few years.

The purpose of these initiative was to ensure and increase the competitiveness of businesses and their workforce within the global economy.
