Eligibility
To participate in Québec pluriel, you must:
- be aged 16 to 24 and belong to a visible minority;
or
- be aged 16 to 35, be a member of a cultural community and have lived
in Québec for at least 5 years.
You must also:
- be a Canadian citizen
or
- have permanent resident status
or
- get a letter of acceptance from Canada's Immigration and Refugee
Board.
